How is VO:ICE Ice Skating Fitness and Wellbeing Academy different?

VO:ICE Ice Skating Fitness and Wellbeing Academy has a very people centred approach. Louise is passionate and cares about each and every student within her Academy. She does not believe in a ‘one size fits all’ ethos. We are all unique individuals who deserve to reach our own true potential and therefore we must train and be coached accordingly.

We believe in you and we will nurture your confidence, self belief and ability to reach goals. When we start to believe in ourselves and trust the process of progress, the energy, power and potential to succeed is unlocked.

All our classes are planned according to the attendees booked on that session. There is no obligation or pressure for you to book multiple classes. We totally understand that day to day life, for example children, work and traditional schedules often takes priority. Consistency however is the key and we do encourage you to attend regularly, to see those desired results. In time and with progress aiding fuel your desire to achieve, we are sure that VO:ICE Ice Skating Fitness and Wellbeing will become high on your priority list too.

Louise welcomes students from all over the world and over many different time zones. Both children and adults are welcome. Whatever your skating, fitness or wellbeing goals, we are confident we can support you along your way to achieve these.
